3. Are the sessions online?
Yes, sessions are conducted on Google Meet (or Zoom on request).
4. Can I reschedule my session?
Yes. You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your session time.
5. Will I receive a personalised action plan?
Yes. Based on your package, you will receive a written summary and actionable plan after the session.
6. Can fathers join the session?
Absolutely. Fathers are encouraged to join the session — even for 10–15 minutes.
Their involvement often speeds up the child’s behavioural progress.
7. Will my child be involved in the session?
Most sessions are parent-only.
However, based on the concern, I may request your child to join for 5–10 minutes to observe behaviour or emotional cues.
8. What issues can I discuss in a session?
Behaviour challenges, emotional concerns, screen-time issues, study resistance, sibling conflict, routines, mood swings, puberty, relationship confusion, safety concerns, communication difficulties, and overall family dynamics.
9. Do you offer follow-up support?
Yes.
• 30-min session → WhatsApp summary
• 45–60 min session → 2–3 days WhatsApp support + 15-day check-in
• Monthly Program → Weekly follow-up + unlimited WhatsApp support (Mon–Fri)
10. Is my information confidential?
Yes. All conversations, concerns, and child details are 100% private and confidential.
11. Can fathers book a session independently?
Yes. Fathers can take sessions independently to get clarity on behaviour, communication, routines, or their parenting role.
12. Do you offer refunds?
Sessions are non-refundable, as time slots are reserved exclusively for you.
However, you may reschedule with advance notice (12 hours).
13. What if I miss my session?
If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be marked as completed, as the slot was reserved.
14. Can I upgrade to the monthly program later?
Yes. After your initial session, you can upgrade to the Monthly Transformation Program, and the fee difference will be adjusted.
15. What happens after I book a session?
You will receive:
