1. General Policy
All sales of coaching packages, programs, and consultation sessions are final and non-refundable once payment is processed and the service is confirmed.
The fee paid covers the reservation of a specific time slot with Meghna Mishra, and therefore, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation by Client (Crucial)
Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies happen. Clients may reschedule a confirmed session only if they provide a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.
Rescheduling must be completed via the original booking link (Calendly) or by contacting us at meghnamishra05@gmail.com.
Rescheduled sessions must be utilized within 30 days of the original booking date.
Failure to Reschedule: If a client provides less than hours notice, or is a “No-Show” (fails to attend the session):
The session will be forfeited.
No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Service Provider
In the rare event that must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide the client with the option to:
Reschedule the session at the earliest mutually convenient time; OR
Receive a full refund for the specific session that was cancelled.
4. Refund Processing
Any approved refund (under Clause 3) will be processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay).
The refund will be completed within 7 to 8 business days.
