This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the services offered by Parenting Hacks with Meghna, operating through the domain parentinghackswithmeghna.in. By purchasing any service or package, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all one-on-one consulting, coaching packages, digital products, and scheduled sessions purchased through our website or direct invoicing.
2. General Refund Policy (Services)
All payments for services rendered, consulting time booked, or digital products delivered are strictly non-refundable.
Non-Refundable: Once a payment is made and a service is booked (even if not yet consumed), the funds secure the time, planning, and resources allocated for your session or package. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes are dependent on the client’s dedication and application of advice.
Partial Consumption: For packages or multiple sessions, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the package once the first session has been delivered.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (By Client)
We understand that conflicts arise. Please adhere to the following rules for scheduled appointments:
A. Session Rescheduling
Required Notice: If you need to reschedule a paid session, you must notify us via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Reschedule Limit: Clients are allowed a maximum of two (2) reschedules per individual session. After the second reschedule, the session will be forfeited.
B. Session Cancellation / No-Show
Insufficient Notice: If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the scheduled appointment entirely (a “No-Show”), the session will be considered rendered and consumed. No refund or credit will be issued.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
4. Cancellation by Parenting Hacks with Meghna
In the rare event that we must cancel an entire service or session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), you will be given two options:
Full Reschedule: We will work with you to reschedule the session for the next available mutually convenient time.
Full Refund: If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the specific session or package portion that was cancelled by us.
